DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA DE DIVORCIO interpuesta por la ciudadana CALOGERA MARILI CACIOPPO CALDERA contra su cónyuge ciudadano ALÍ RAMÓN BOSCÁN RINCÓN, ya identificados en autos, fundamentado en la causal segunda del artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano y consecuencialmente, SEGUNDO: SE DECRETA LA DISOLUCIÓN DEL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL CONTRAÍDO ENTRE ELLOS por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio San Felipe del estado Yaracuy; según Acta N° 133, año 1989, de fecha 28 de abril de 1989.
