PRIMERO: "CON LUGAR" la Inhibición propuesta por la Abogada ELVIRA CHABAREH TABBACK, en su condición de Jueza del Juzgado Superior del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Yaracuy, en el recurso de apelación identificado con la nomenclatura Nº UP11-R-2025-00037, en el juicio por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS BENEFICIOS LABORALES, incoado por los ciudadanos YOSMAR PINTO, PABLO ANTONIO OLIVEROS H, WILLIANS JOSE MARQUEZ C, MANUEL CLEMENTE HERNANDEZ J, CARIS RAFAEL QUINTERO L, JOSE LUIS GIMENEZ BARRIOS, MARCOS RAMON GIMENEZ y JEAN CARLOS JIMENEZ, en contra del INSTITUTO AUTONOMO CONTRA LA POBREZA Y LA EXCLUSIÓN SOCIAL DEL ESTADO YARACUY (IAPESEY) y solidariamente la GOBERNACION DEL ESTADO YARACUY y EMPRESA SOCIALISTA DE TRANSPORTE BOLIVARIANO DEL ESTADO YARACUY.. ASI SE DECIDE. SEGUNDO: Como consecuencia de lo anterior, se ordena remitir oficio notificando el presente fallo a la Coordinación Laboral del Estado Yaracuy, a los fines realizar los trámites pertinente.....
