DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA DE DIVORCIO interpuesta por el ciudadano NINO JOSÉ ABREU HERNÁNDEZ contra su cónyuge ciudadana NAYDELIN ZAMIRA SEMPRUN SEMPRUN, ya identificados en autos, fundamentado en la causal segunda del artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano y consecuencialmente, SEGUNDO: SE DECRETA LA DISOLUCIÓN DEL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL CONTRAÍDO ENTRE ELLOS por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio Peña del estado Yaracuy; según Acta N° 13, de fecha 12 de junio de 2009.
