Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA. ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos ANTONIO JOSE MORENO PEÑA Y JUDITH JOSEFINA PEREIRA GUTIERREZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V.- 7.198.145 y V- 6.132.327, respectivamente, domiciliados en la ciudad de Lagunillas, Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida, Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida respectivamente. Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese a la Unidad de Registro Civil de la Parroquia .....
