En consecuencia de ello este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, CONSTITUCIONAL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO, MARÍTIMO Y AERONÁUTICO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLÍVAR, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, declara INADMISIBLE la presente demanda por ACCIÓN MERO DECLARATIVA DE CONCUBINATO y sus anexos, presentada por la ciudadana CARMEN AURELIA VASQUEZ VASQUEZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nro. V-18.236.430. PUBLÍQUESE, REGÍSTRESE INCLUSO EN LA PAGINA WEB OFICIAL DEL TRIBUNAL SUPREMO DE JUSTICIA REGIONES BOLIVAR.TSJ.GOB.VE Y DÉJESE COPIA CERTIFICADA EN EL TRIBUNAL DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO ESTABLECIDO EN EL ARTICULO 248 DEL CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTO CIVIL.
