Por las razones precedentemente expuestas, este JUZGADO QUINTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVAR EXTENSIÓN TERRITORIAL PUERTO ORDAZ, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la pretensión por COBRO DE DIRFERENCIA DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS DERIVADOS DE LA RELACIÓN LABORAL, incoado por el ciudadano JOSE MANUEL MOTA, venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la Cédulas de Identidad Nº V-3.328.394, en contra de la sociedad mercantil MARITIME PERSONNEL CONTRACTOR, C. A. (MPC); y SEGUNDO: Dada la naturaleza del presente fallo, no hay especial condenatoria en costas. ASI EXPRESAMENTE SE DECIDE.
