PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEFENSA PERENTORIA DE LA PRESCRIPCIÓN alegada por la Sociedad Mercantil SERVICIOS SIDERÚRGICOS SERSISA, S. A. Y así se establece. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS DERIVADOS DE LA RELACIÓN DE TRABAJO interpuesta por la ciudadana YRAZEMA ARAGORT GARCÍA en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil SERVICIOS SIDERÚRGICOS SERSISA, S. A, ambas partes ya identificadas anteriormente. Y así se establece. No hay condenatoria en costas, a tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
