En fuerza de las consideraciones anteriores, este Juzgado Superior Civil, Mercantil y de Tránsito del Segundo Circuito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Bolívar, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: COMPETENTE PARA CONOCER LA DEMANDA DE DESALOJO, incoado por la ciudadana NAYUA EL JABER DE NASSER, asistida por la abogado LEOMARA ANGARITA CAMACHO en contra de la ciudadana contra la ciudadana YULEIMA ANAYS MARQUINA SAENZ, supra identificados, a un JUZGADO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO SIFONTES DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLÍVAR; en consecuencia, por los motivos expuestos por este Tribunal Superior, se declara CON LUGAR LA REGULACION DE COMPETENCIA solicitada de oficio en fecha 18 de octubre de 2016, por EL JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, BANCARIO Y DE TRANSITO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUSN.....
