Por las razones precedentemente expuestas, este JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVAR EXTENSIÓN TERRITORIAL PUERTO ORDAZ, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por COBRO DE BENEFICIOS POR DIFERENCIAS SALARIALES Y DEMAS CONCEPTOS LABORALES, incoado por los ciudadanos LUIS RAMON HENRIQUEZ VELASQUEZ, OMAR JOSE ESTEVEZ AGUILERA, HECTOR LIONERT PACHECO, BARTOLO MIGUEL GUERRA ALCALA, MANUEL JOSE ORTEGA ZAMORA, ORLANDO DEL VALLE MARQUEZ AGUIRRE, BROWNNIE CRUZ MILLAN RAMIREZ, DREISSER JUNIPER SOTO ARAUJO Y NOEL ANTONIO RONDON VASQUEZ, venezolanos, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V- 8.438.867, V- 8.926.233, V- 6.924.351, V- 4.039.2369, V- 8.462.259, V- 9.861.105, V- 4.938.803, V- 9.946.583, V- 10.601.570 y V- 12.892.455, respectivamente, en contra de la empresa C.E. MINERALES DE VENEZUELA, S.A., plenamente id.....
