DISPOSITIVA Por las razones precedentemente expuestas, este JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVAR EXTENSIÓN TERRITORIAL PUERTO ORDAZ, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y DEMAS CONCEPTOS DERIVADOS DE LA RELACION LABORAL, tiene incoado el ciudadano MIGUEL ANTONIO MENDEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V- 5.341.978, en contra del CONSORCIO GIT2, C.A., plenamente identificada en autos.
